How to Register for a Training

Find a Session

On the home page, browse the list of upcoming trainings. You can filter by category using the buttons at the top.

Click View

Tap the View button on any session card to open its dedicated page. You can also share this page link with others.

Fill In Your Details

Tap Register for This Session and fill in your name, email, phone, sponsor, GM and director. All fields are required.

Screenshot Your QR Code

After registering, a QR code will appear on screen. Screenshot it immediately — you will need to show this at the door for check-in. Your name will also appear on the session name board.

💡 Tip: Registration closes on the deadline shown on the session page. Make sure to register before then!

Scroll to Manage My Registration

On the Trainings page, scroll all the way to the bottom. You will see a section called Manage My Registration.

Enter Your Email

Type in the email address you used when you registered, then tap Look Up.

Tap Show QR Code

Your registration will appear. Tap the Show QR Code button to reveal your QR code. Screenshot it and show it at the door.

💡 Tip: Your QR code is unique to you and your specific session. It cannot be used by anyone else.

How to Edit or Cancel Your Registration

Go to Manage My Registration

Scroll to the bottom of the Trainings page and enter your email to look up your registration.

Tap Edit to Update Your Details

You can change your name, phone number, sponsor, GM, director or number of guests. Tap Save Changes when done.

Tap Cancel to Remove Your Registration

If you can no longer attend, tap Cancel. This will permanently remove your registration and free up the seat for someone else.

⚠ Important: Editing and cancelling is only possible before the registration deadline. After the deadline, changes must be made through the organiser.

How to Book the Training Room

Tap the Room Tab

At the top of the page, tap Room to go to the room booking calendar.

Select a Date

Tap any available date on the calendar. Greyed out dates are either in the past or fully booked. Dates with a gold border have training sessions but may still have available slots.

Select Your Time Slots

Tap one or more 1-hour slots to select them. Slots marked as (Training) are unavailable due to scheduled training. You can select multiple slots for longer bookings.

Fill In Your Details and Confirm

Tap Reserve Selected Slots, fill in your details and tap Confirm Booking. The room is available from 8am to midnight daily.

💡 Tip: Room bookings are for members only. Please only book what you need and cancel if your plans change.

How to See the Participant List and Copy It

Open the Session Page

Tap View on any session card to open its dedicated page.

Scroll Down to Registered Members

Below the session details you will see the Registered Members section showing how many people have signed up and the total number of attendees including guests.

Switch Between Views

Use the By Sign-up and By Director toggle buttons to switch how the list is displayed. By Sign-up shows everyone in order of registration. By Director groups participants under their respective directors.

Copy the List

Tap the Copy List button to copy the full participant list to your clipboard. You can then paste it directly into WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other app. The copied list will match whichever view you are currently in.

💡 Tip: The numbers in the list skip to account for guests. For example if someone brings 3 guests they take up spots 2, 3, 4 and 5 — so the next person is number 6.
